• KITCHEN TEAM MEMBER

    About You:

    We are looking for a passionate chef to join our Family. You will have experience in a similar environment or are in the process of gaining relevant qualifications. The role will suit someone working well in a high-pressure environment. ‘Can do’ attitude is a must.

    Responsibilities:

          Preparing & restocking all counter items daily.

          Cooking & preparing menu items to order during service to highest standards, on every occasion.

          Effective time management to cope in fast-paced work environment.

          Product development.

          Compliance with all areas of Health & Safety/ Food Safety.

          Maintaining a clean & organised work environment.

          Estimating expected food consumption levels, organising required ordering/preparation with minimal wastage.

          Operating & maintaining all kitchen appliances efficiently & safely.

    Requirements:

          Food Hygiene Level 1 Certificate or above.

          Any other qualifications in catering/hospitality (desirable)

          2 years’ experience in a similar role (desirable)
